100 000 CZK reservation fee within 3 working days from signing the reservation contract (will be included in the second deposit after the future purchase contract).
15% of the purchase price - signature of the SBK within 30 days of signing the Reservation Agreement within 5 working days of signing the Future Purchase Agreement.
85% of the purchase price upon approval prior to signing the Purchase Agreement.
